CHANGE/ CANCELLATION/ RETURN POLICies

Returns and Restocking Policy All return requests must be coordinated through a Customer Service Representative who will submit for approval. The standard restocking fee for all returned products will be 25% of the invoiced price of the unit. The customer will be responsible for all return freight charges. Only standard stocking products should be returned. Standard stock is defined as products carried in a HTPG warehouse as a stocking item. Change and Cancellation Policy HTPG understands that product orders may need to be cancelled or changed. 1. All cancellations or change requests should be coordinated through HTPG customer service. 2. If no purchased parts have been ordered or production started on the unit, the unit may be cancelled or changed without any cancellation charge. Check with the CSR for status of the unit. 3. Cancellation or change fees will be based on status of the order in production process. 4. Orders requested with an expedited lead time, "Rush" or "Fast Ship", cannot be cancelled. 5. Orders with coated coils and/or housings are subject to a 100% cancellation fee on day 3 following placement of order.
