Kent's career in Commercial Refrigeration began in 1994 as a refrigeration technician with Brookshire Grocery Company while attending Tyler Jr. College for Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. As his education, knowledge, and career paths progressed he moved from Refrigeration Technician to Service Technician. First with Carrier Commercial Refrigeration then with Ingersoll Rand. During that time, Kent also attended LeTourneau University to advance his education in business management. He became Service Manager for East Texas Refrigeration and assisted Johnson Supply as a technical advisor. In 2012 Kent accepted an opportunity with Kysor Warren as the Regional Sales Manager. In my more than 25 years in refrigeration he has worked with, and been mentored by, some the most knowledgeable men and women in the industry.
In 2015 Kent accepted the position of Sales Manager with Reliant Sales and became the Owner/President in January 2020. Reliant Sales' team is very well known in the industry for providing a level of service and support unrivaled by others. Kent looks forward to continuing this level of support and is dedicated to expanding our services to new clients.
In addition to overseeing the company, Kent oversees the Houston Metroplex and Southern Louisiana areas.
