ALVIN KNEISLER | Founder & Executive Director
Following honorable discharge from the US Navy in 1979, Alvin attended the University of Houston where he studied Engineering for 4 years. In 1980 he started working in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. Alvin went to work for Friedrich Refrigeration Co. in 1984 and quickly became the National Sales Manager. He continued with them until 1990, at which time he made the move to Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration; where he worked as Regional Sales Manager until his promotion to Industrial Sales Manager in 1993.
In 1996 Alvin founded Reliant Sales, Inc. and made the transition to being an independent manufacturers’ rep company. In 2020, Alvin handed ownership of the company he built to the next generation and took on his new role as Executive Director. Reliant Sales' growth has been based on Alvin's committment to providing customers with high quality products and exceptional customer service. Through the years Reliant Sales has grown from a one man rep company to an organization that represents many of the top manufacturers that specialize in process cooling, heat transfer and refrigeration with many experienced team members to support those manufacturers, their products and their customers. Reliant Sales has an exceptional team of professionals that are proud to provide a high level of service that our customers appreciate and have come to expect when working with us and the manufacturers we represent.
